Advancements

All services of our enterprise propose, will be granted with the 50% of advancement of the total amount only for tours that includes one or more nights.
For tours of full days without nights, will be granted with the 100% of advancement of the total amount
The advancements will be shipped by the according methods of payment with the entitled name of the Enterprise or to the accounts that we mentioned into the payment modalities.

Servicies

All services that our Enterprise provide will count with the respectives receipts with the customer names and will have the logo and contacts mentioned in this page.
All services must be guaranteed by the respective electronic communications.
Our Enterprise is compromise in provide all services mentioned and approved by the client in the request file of services and respective reserves.

Accidents

We not assume the responsibilities of the accidents, illness, injuries and losses, involuntary delays derivatives for causes of forcé majeure as natural disasters or god acts, and by acts of negligence on the part of companies or individuals providing services land or air transport, accommodation or other services described in this program.
HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL is reserved the right to accept, deny or hold on any kind of person or member of a group in any of their tours.

Refunds

HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL is free from the liability for failure to provide any service if this is due to force majeure such as strikes, natural disasters, government decisions, etc. And if this happens before or during the trip, which prevents the normal execution of the tourist operation, the customer is entitled to seek reimbursement except for administrative expenses and the difference, if any, of the services already provided.
In the event of strikes, delays or cancellation of a flight, HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL not bear the costs of maintenance, accommodation and transfers, although it will manage on behalf of the passenger the corresponding repayments.
In the event of any service offered by HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL not met with the stipulated the customer may request a refund of the service provided by HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL and we have responsibility for the case.
Redemption requests must be submitted in writing and include all pertinent information and will be dealt with immediately.

Cancellations

For cancellation of services rendered during the high season in Peru (May, June, July, August and December): If cancellation is received 30 days before arrival of the group to Peru, 50% of the deposit will be refunded whereas services will be provided during the high season in Peru; if the cancellation is received within 30 days or less from the date of arrival in Peru, no refund. In the case of no show or cancellation of the passenger during the trip, no refund.
For cancellation of services during the low season in Peru (not mentioned in the previous item months): If the cancellation is received 45 days prior 85% will refunded; if cancellation is received 30 days prior will be subject to a penalty of 20% of the fare; if the cancellation is received less than 15 days notice will be subject to a penalty of 50%. In the case of no show or cancellation during the trip there will be no refund.
Cancellations also can be subject to an application for additional discount of 15% for administrative expenses and the cost of reimbursement paid by the passenger.

Any cancellation must be in writing.

IMPORTANT:

HIERBA BUENA SERVICIOS TURISTICOS EIRL reserves the right to make unannounced changes to the order of the excursions or trips due to weather conditions, river levels, strikes, political events, time of arrival, departure of aircraft, buses or by any other relevant reason, the same as the best development of the trip.
