 Machu Picchu strengthens security for tourists

The District of Machu Picchu going to apply the security plan of Miraflores (district in Lima - Perú) for international and national tourists. This announcement was realized by the mayor Jorge Muñoz Wells.

 

Into this new strategies for the security in Machu Picchu will be included: integrated patrol (security guards or serenazgo - National Police), monitoring and filming videos of surveillance and working with social networks dedicated to safety as; Twitter, Facebook, Youtube, etc.
